The day unfolds through guided cacao and breathwork, meditation, New Moon astrology, gentle movement, circle sharing, a seasonal whole-food lunch, vision-boarding, a sound bath, and a closing ritual to integrate what’s shifting and anchor what’s next - each element intentionally layered to help you reconnect to yourself, your vision, and the energy of beginning again.
